About Me

I have always wanted to pursue a career in Acting since i have been old enough to perform doing anything. I have recently finished a joint honours degree at the University of Hull doing drama and music and I am starting to fulfil my lifelong ambition, which is to perform. I am a very talented actress that can do many accents and play any role ideally between the ages of 16-25. I have performed many roles and i am always keen to try new and more challenging parts. I am also keen to try performing harder and technically difficult flute and saxophone pieces to keep my technique improving. I need to perform. It is what i was born to do. My professional experience started with a television programme called 'Double Act'. i played the main twin character Ruby Baker. since then i have been in many theatre productions including...'The cat in the Cage' and 'Rukus in the Garden' both with carlton workshop also known now as granada. At the university of Hull i have performed in a collaborative piece called 'Not Yet', 'Gormenghast', 'The nativity', '2 by 2' (which was performed at the fringe), 'Three Sisters' and 'A streetcar named desire'. I have also been in an amateur dramatic performance of 'Annie' and i was in a documentary about Ribena.

I attended the Birmingham Conservatoire junior school from the age of 12-18. I have played in many orchestras during and since and studied Music at the University of Hull along with Drama. My main instruments are flute and alto saxophone but i can also play briefly the clarinet and drums. I also directed the University of Hull flute choir.
