About Me

Louise trained at Laine Theatre Arts in dance, singing and acting. She began her professional life in London’s West End in musical theatre. Since then Louise has performed all over the world and not just in the theatre. She has spent time at sea on cruise liners and appeared in Summer Seasons across the UK. She has also worked extensively as a session singer, and can be heard on many a cast album. Louise is married to professional drummer and producer Chris Burgess. She now combines her singing with a successful career as a radio/TV presenter, and can be heard most weekday afternoons on BBC radio Five Live where she presents the travel news. She loves football and shopping and apart from her family lists her signed Liverpool shirt and her handbag collection as her most prized possessions.
