About Me

I am a highly motivated individual who is a quick learner and can use my own initiative at all times. I enjoy working with a team but can work very well as an individual. I have excellent organisational skills and I am a good communicator, very hard working and trustworthy. I am willing to learn new concepts when the need arises.
My interests lay in the fashion industry, film, radio and television, in particular the Bollywood trade. I am a member of my community youth committee where I participate in cultural dances and social activities, as part of this I was asked to present a dance show in front of 1000 people unplanned. The only problem that actually occurred was the fact that one of the dance groups was not ready to do their dance and therefore, I took an executive decision to swap the group with another, this involved me informing my co-presenter, making sure the next group was ready to perform and informing the DJ of the change in music all in the space of 3 minutes.
I have also worked with a music producer called Terry Mardi. Terry Mardi has worked alongside major Asian artists such as Hard Kaur and Jay Sean as well as other artists such as 2play and R Kelly. The music release was the first of its kind in the UK and had legendry A R Rahman who produced the songs for Slumdog Millionaire singing his new songs in front of a selected audience.
I have worked as part of a team in many university projects and have taken up roles as an editor, director, producer, presenter and actor. I have also recently attended a wedding planners master class where I learnt how to set up own company and skills and qualities needed to become a wedding planner. Whilst working with Mona Vora I helped behind the scenes dressing the models getting them ready for the catwalk.
