About Me

My name is Tyler Baylis aged 18 I am currently attending a level 3 UAL Qualification in Performing Arts Acting. This is a two year programme covering the principles of Acting in preparation for Higher education or straight into industry. I am currently completing two big acting projects with the course.
The first is the "National Theatre Connection" project where I have recently performed at the Warwick Arts Centre "Citizenship" by Mark Ravenhall where I perform the role of Ray.
The second project is for the "Royal Shakespeare Company" (RSC) where I am a part of a small collaborative group creating a performance piece as part of the Playmakers festival, to commemorate Shakespeare's birth and death.

I am also in the middle of rehearsals for a stage play at the Redditch Youth Theatre "His Dark Materials" (The Golden Compass) where I am playing one of the main roles Lord Asriel which will be performed in July of this year at the Palace Theatre in Redditch.
As I continue my further education at the Stratford College I am eager to gain new experience within acting and so I am looking for opportunities. I have a strong outgoing personality and a strong desire to proceed in the industry.
