About Me

I’ve had a wonderfully eclectic life, which always left me a little on the outskirts of mainstream society, to my extreme benefit.

This has afforded me a fantastic belief system, allowing me to see things slightly differently or at least from different angles. I have lived in different countries, Canada, America, Germany, Holland, Greece and England.

I am a Personal Trainer, Yoga teacher and Mind coach. I have a beautiful daughter, and recently a gorgeous grandchild.

I’ve been a single mother and have a degree in International Business and Finance from Greenwich University. My life has been a series of incredible adventures. I hope you will be a part of my next one…
