Work experience in advertising, publishing, design, and consultancy and management - Campaign newspaper. Taught children learning difficulties and autism for 6 years - took various courses. Self-published social comedy novel, At My Most Beautiful. Physically fit - attended gym 5 times a week for last 7 years. Married, mother of two adult children. Qualifications: BA Joint Honours in Classics and Drama, Oxbridge Use of English certificate, Typing - Langham Secretarial College, Clean driving licence, expired CRB check but can renew if required.

Studied major playwrights and genres at Hull university - both academic and practical - performances. Studio tests taken in lighting, sound, flying, stage management, set design. Performed and or produced 3 consecutive years at Edinburgh Fringe. Both sales and teaching experience used acting and presenting skills. Good voice, good sight reading - native RP but good at many regional accents.

Interests & Hobbies

Theatre, film, TV, reading, writing fiction (both poetry and prose - self-published own novel - social comedy - At My Most Beautiful). Reading - almost all genres, walking (about 3 - 5 miles per day).

Miscellaneous Information

Have had a long "sabbatical" from performing but now both children grown, left home, I have time to rediscover my love of acting. Sales, advertising, publishing, and teaching work all required considerable acting and presenting skills. London-based, but can travel (no family commitments). Extremely versatile (variety work experience), patient, energetic (attend gym last 7 years, 5 days a week) compassionate, and very quick learner.
