Stefania began studying ballet at the age of seven in a local school in Bologna and by the age of seventeen she discovered her passion for contemporary dance. She progressed her training at Trinity Laban where she graduated with a first class honours. At Laban she particularly enjoyed performing works by Matthias Sperling and a recreation of Sasha Waltz’s ‘Women’. Stefania is known for a strong stage presence and the ability to create a unique and original embodiment.
