About Me

I have studied and worked within Performing Arts since 2002. I have worked professionally as a drama and dance teacher, as well as continuing to train and perform as a professional street dancer. Since leaving teaching, I have begun chaperoning and tutoring for child performers, which has given me direct experience of working on TV and film sets. I am extremely reliable and professional in all professions.

General Experience

I trained and performed alongside Urban Strides street dance specialists for 7 years, performing within theatres and arenas. I developed my skills in performance and dance with my strengths lying in locking, house and hip hop. I continued to develop my knowledge within the discipline of acting throughout my time as a drama teacher; skills I am continuing to use now as a freelance musical theatre teacher.
As well as teaching and performing, I have also gained experience in film through my role of chaperone and tutor, where I work with child performers backstage, as well as accompanying them onto set. This has given me knowledge of the structure of film sets and how the day works.

Qualifications & Training

I obtained a degree in Musical Theatre in 2007, with my strengths lying in choreography, dance, singing, acting and script writing. Since completing my degree I qualified as a drama teacher in a mainstream school, where I continued to teach drama and dance. Alongside my career, I proceeded to train in street dance with Urban Strides street dance specialists.

Interests & Hobbies

As well as performing, I have an interest in photography and motor vehicles. I regularly attend car shows and drag racing events, where I continue to develop my knowledge of cars, as well as develop my photography skills.
