Employment History & Experience

I have played the role of ‘Diaphanta’ in an adaptation of the Jacobean tragedy ‘The Changeling’ produced by London Southbank University and in collaboration with the National Theatre Studio in London. This was performed at the Network Theatre in London Waterloo on the 4-8th May 2010. Also with this production I had a role as assistant stage manager.

In October 2010 I played the role of the nurse in short film ‘Candy from Strangers’ by Glossy Ruin Productions. In this I had a main speaking role.

I am currently taking part in an Am-Dram theatre production of a panto ‘Gerry the Dragon’ with the Phoenix Players. I am playing the role of Sir Humphrey Le Fey-a knight with 1 duet and many chorus numbers.Ths will be performed at West Norwood Library on the 27-29th January 2011.

I am also a singer/songwriter and have been writing songs since the age of 8.

I took my LAMDA exam for grade 4 and passed with a distinction.

I have had private vocal coaching lessons weekly from Nathan Lubbock-Smith who has worked with Lewis Bradley prior to him featuring in the finals of ‘Any Dream Will Do’ (TV Show).
I am currently having professional singing lessons with Sean Jeffrey whose students include Leona Lewis and Lee Mead.

I was a principal performer at Her Majesty’s Theatre for ‘Sunday Night Live’2006 where I featured as a lead vocalist in ‘Bridge over Troubled water’ and also sang solo and in a small group for ‘At the End of the Day’.

I was a valued member of the Berkshire Girls Choir touring over Malta and performing in venues such as The Royal Albert Hall twice and also The Royal Festival Hall as well as The Lowery and other local venues.
I have been playing the saxophone for 7 years and I sang solo at my local church for 2 years.

In October 2006 I produced and directed a local production which was entered for a schools competition. I enjoyed casting the actors for particular roles which gave me an opportunity to bring out their acting potential through my directing.

I have directed and casted a musical called ‘Witchcraft’ which was performed at the Broadway Theatre in London on 22nd April 2010.

In 2007 I took part in an MTV music video promo as a dancer and also acquired a featured role.

In November 2008 I took part as an extra in the film 'The Butterfly Tattoo' by Phillip Pullman
In February 2009 I took part as an extra on the feature film ‘Harry Brown’ staring Michael Caine.
In April 2009 I took part as an extra on the Cadbury Cluster’s advert. Also in April 2009 I took part in the T-Mobile Karaoke advert as a paid supporting artist.

On 19th October 2010 I played the role of a waitress in a feature film called ‘Love and Money’. This was a featured role.
In December 2010 I took part as an extra for Gang of Four's new music video which was filmed at terminal studios in London.
On January the 10th I took part in race for life commercial filmed at Pinewood Studios London as a runner .

General Experience

June 2010-August 2010:

The English Speaking Theatre Of Rome-Rome, Italy-My main duties within this internship were to act as assistant producer and director for the company. This included data work involving sorting out details for people involved with the theatre,emailing out posters and flyers for marketing of the theatre and also writing up short sentences summing up the projects involved within the theatre.

December 2008-June 2010:

(Part Time) The Comedy Theatre-My main duties are within front of house where I am doing usher work. This involves ticketing at the main doors and telling customers where they will be
seated, selling ice creams, programmes, cd’s and sweets. This job involves a high amount of customer service and being able to advise customers with any help needed

October 2007 – August 2008:

New Wimbledon Theatre - My main duty was within the call centre, booking theatre tickets and informing customers of our other services for example access booking and tokens. Having been trained on the performance within each show I was able to advise customers of the content of the show. All aspects of this role involved a large amount of customer service at all times.

September 2006– August 2007:

(Part time) Debenhams Department Store-My main duty was to work on the till serving customers, dealing with transactions and customer enquiries. Other duties involved looking after the changing rooms ,making sure customers had the correct garments, restocking displays and arranging into order for example in sales or for previews.
