Sang in an indie band for years and made and released 6 singles, 2 albums, 3 John Peel Sessions and a Janice Long Session,gigged all over the Uk and in Europe. Managed indiepop legends "The Sea Urchins". Ran a record label for a year or so. Acted as a music business consultant. Promoted a soul,funk and disco night for 9 years then went on to run variously titled soul nights for 3 years at The Rainbow in Digbeth, Birmingham.
