About Me

After completing a degree in French and politics, I decided I needed a break from academia, but I am now ready to take my career to the next level. Having spent the summer 2014 in Ethiopia as freelance volunteer journalist, I am prepared to adapt myself to changing cultural and political environments.

My background in Politics and current affairs provides me with fertile ground upon which I can come to terms with a world that seems to be changing by the second, and the process is accelerating. I have also had previous experience in Telephone sales and customer service, both as a canvasser and as a Charity fundraiser in London.

Politics has always been a passion of mine. But I would now like to engage in the real world and make a difference whilst supplementing that with further study. An industry such as yours would give me a chance to demonstrate my financial and technological prowess in a fast-changing world.

I have good rhetorical skills which must be put to use and I have the commitment necessary to make sure our project is a success. I love talking to people about the issues that matter and I have great communication skills to make this a reality. I have worked voluntarily also for the Red Cross and The Salvation Army.

My time in France, Italy, Ethiopia and at the hotel demonstrate a certain degree of dexterity as I am always prepared to cover any shift and will always do any job necessary if required. Translation was an integral part of my degree and I can quickly pick up any new terminology or idea in any given semantic field.

Although I may not live in the given employment area, I am willing to re-locate as I know that accommodation is plentiful in your town.
