About Me

My name is Sam Dawson I am 18 and live in North Devon. I have just achieved a triple grade distinction in my BTEC performing arts course and I am looking for experience to help me climb up the ladder within the acting industry. I am sociable, ambitious, hard working and I am good at improvisation and following instructions. I have been on stage locally and have had leads in both musicals and plays. Outside of acting I enjoy performing locally with my band and playing football. I have transportation and am willing to travel the country and beyond to go for opportunities I feel will help me achieve my ambition to become an actor. One last thing is that I have a blue peter badge for a doctor who acting competition I did well in when I was 10!

General Experience

I played for my local football team for over 7 years and have 8 GCSE's including Drama. I have a triple grade distinction in the Btec performing arts course. I participated in the 999 academy which is the only academy of it's kind to specialise in all four blue light services. During my time with them I learnt many things such as how to perform a mid rescue and how to search someone for drugs a weapons.
