About Me

I’ve been extremely honored and very well received presenting my own Radio Show as well as my own style of Fitness Classes. Being privileged to have my own DJ for the classes, I was booked by leading fitness organizations. I presented to fellow fitness professionals as well as fitness enthusiasts. Whether I am presenting a Radio Show or Teaching a Master Class, I experience a great deal of pleasure & enjoyment sharing my passions and making people smile & have fun.
I am an excellent communicator and have a positive attitude with boundless energy. I have a real passion for music as well as meeting and engaging with people, mixing this all together is where I am in my element.
