I’m a highly creative journalist, researcher and assistant producer, who can generate original television and radio formats. Having worked predominantly with BBC Northern Ireland I have acquired an extensive skills profile that includes self-shooting, editing, reporting, development and casting. I also present TV and Radio, perform stand-up comedy, DJ and host live events.

This was my first tri-nation commission that was broadcast on BBC Radio Scotland, Wales and Ulster. I developed the format, programme features & cast the performing talent. LOL Comedy | Director |2010-present

I am the Director of LOL Comedy, a bimonthly comedy club in Northern Ireland. Roles include booking acts and venues, marketing, social media promotion, researching emerging talent, maintaining relationships with comedy agents, scheduling tour dates, facilitating performers and compering live shows. Acts who have played LOL Comedy include Patrick Kielty, Rich Hall, Lee Nelson, Roy Walker and Ardal O’Hanlon. I have also secured two new venues and will host 18 bimonthly shows across 3 towns per year.

Interests & Hobbies

I consider myself a natural entertainer and love performing on stage as a stand-up comedian, event host and DJ. Music and fashion are two major passions in life and I’m largely inspired by house music and youth culture. I also write songs, sing, play the guitar and piano. Keeping fit and healthy is important to me, I work out at the gym, run, play football, tennis and golf. I recently travelled the world and visited Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina and Brazil.
