Roberto Dowdeswell jr. As I like to be called. My fathers namesake.

I'm a big guy standing 6'3", weighing in at 14st, with a big personality. Although it may not come across straight away as I can be rather shy, and I also try to make a good first impression.
I have the tendancy to care too much and am a genuine guy with my own thoughts and beliefs.

I have idols, but I am my own person.

I am interested in all sorts of music. Cliche right there, but I have such a wide variety of taste I would be lying if I said I didn't.

I adore Opera, and I love to sing it, I get very frustrated with my vocal range as I am a bass, when I cannot reach the high Gs in many tenor ranged songs. I still love it though, you can get so much emotion and feeling from it.

I have recently found a new passion for Shakespeare, as a kid in school I found it ever so daunting and was given the wrong impression as most of us are. When you analyze his works and understand what the characters are saying and you can perform pieces from it, you find a new love for it.


I Played rugby from the age of 12, have achieved a lot throughout sporting career. Winning tournaments, Achieving higher levels in Worcestershire County and North Midlands rugby.
Prior to Rugby I achieved Orange belt 3rd dan in JUDO, where I achieved podium places. Gold. I enjoy martial arts and have had a dabble in many; Jiu Jitsu, Muay Tai and Roman Greco wrestling.

Regularly attend the gym. weightlifting, bodybuilding.

Currently studying performing arts in Worcester.
Have had experience in touring theatre and in amteur dramatic productions.
Have been involved in In-house performances and public shows in college.
I am a bass, but in my range can reach baritone and tenor notes.
Attend Dance classes at Harlequin stage school.
I have been involved in corporate work on film.
