I am a confident individual and am passionate about fitness and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and feel that there is room for a young and fresh faced individual to bring the message of fitness accross to the general public. Im proactive and self motivated and enjoy new challenges.

I've been trained in fitness for just over 3 years.

I'm confident addressing a group and enjoy being in the spotlight - I get a great deal more fulfilment from being the person leading the class rather than the one simply doing the class!

The skills I ahve to use for my day to day job are transferrable - I have to gain the confidence and trust of my clients or my group. I have to be engaging and ensure that I have their full attention and more importantly I have to be knowledageable about the product I am selling.

I have worked within sales and believe this is another transferable skill.

I am a full time personal trainer and group fitness instructor so my experience is really in the fitness field. Any extras work I have done has been varied roles such as news reporter, carol singer, bride (in pre wedding preparation), mental patient.

Qualifications & Training

No acting/presenting.

Level 3 personal trainer.
All relevant group fitness qualifications.
