Hi, I am currently a personal adviser to people with disabilities and mental health issues (life coach) helping clients to achieve their personal goals and live more independently.

Addicted to Zumba fitness and love dancing, not a professional, but any excuse to jig my hips : )

I have a degree in Marketing and a real people person. Past experience includes, PR, managing a Wetherspoons pub in Leicester Square, London. Coaching and mentoring clients from all walks of life.

My lifetime passion/hobby is horseriding. I am a competent and confident rider.
