Confident Communicator I have the ability to moderate my commication to suit diferent audiences. I recognise that listening is an important part of communication. I am confident speaking on a one to one basis or adressing groups of people.

Computing I am proficent in all microsoft office packages and have used a number of bespoke computer packages. I learn and become proficent in new systems quickly.

Flexibility Balancing the demands of a work load supporting diverse managers has taught me the importance of being adaptable and responsive to change.

Influencing Skills I am able to build rapport with people so when I articulate the direction a project needs to take they are quick to agree.

Initiative I can act without being prompted and have the ability to follow through energetically with a plan or task with determination until it is complete. I have demonstrated this when progressing complex cases that proced from hearing to appeal and then to tribunnal.

Planning/Organising Not being naturally organised I have learnt to put in place a number of interventions to organise my work and ensure conflicting deadlines are all met. This has been successful as people often comment on how well organised I am.

Problem Solving I take an analytical and systematic approach to problems, looking for patterns and extracting the key issues. I find logical solutions on the basis of past experience as well as seeking advice and opinion from colleagues.

Team Working I work confidently within a group, contributing my own ideas, taking a share of the responsibility, accepting and learning from constructive critism and giving positive, constructive feedback to others. I have worked successfully on a number of cross departmental project teams

I have a wide range of leisure interests that include Gardening, Travel, Theatre, Tai Chi, Swimming, Feng Shui, Ballet and Pilates.
