53 year old male, 5' 8" , overweight. Short haired, greying and balding, moustache. No real accent, close to received pronunciation. Not as fit as when younger, but can get fitter if required to climb mountains, ford streams etc.

General Experience

Actor - performer of traditional mummers' plays since 2003. Play both male and 'female' roles - Turkish Knight, Cleopatra, Fair Maid, Beelzebub, MC. Over 100 performances, mainly in pubs, occasionally schools. Perform better with drunken audience and can ad lib.

Re-enact 17th century ale tasting ceremony in role of High Bailiff of the Manor.

Actor - performer of traditional mummers' plays since 2003. Perform re-enactments of 16th century ale tasting ceremony. A couple of school plays many years ago. Only one serious role - first Greek soldier in Adventure Story (3 lines!).

Dancer - a lot of traditional dance training including 7 years Cotswold morris (Ducklington tradition) and 2 years English short sword/rapper (some stepping).

Untrained tenor voice, okay to sing folk songs and hymns.

Out of practice, but experienced fencer - epee and foil for over 20 years.

Formerly competitive dragon boat racer.
