I have been involved with amateur dramatics all my life and currently run a play reading group for the U3 A People have been telling me that as we perform I should go for an \\\"oscar \\\",,,, a joke of course but as plays and TV dramas are thank goodness , portraying life as it really is and covering the age spectrum , I would love to take the part of an elderly( but very active in real life )lady of any backgroun d serious or humourous .
