About Me

During my secondary school, I come to be a person that loves the art of performance, especially singing. Therefore, I positively chose Dramatic Arts as my major in the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University which is the highest ranking university in Thailand. In addition, the Dramatic Arts department in Chulalongkorn University is also the first Dramatic Arts department in Thailand. During my undergraduate year, I have an opportunity to strengthen my acting and directing skill. I have a chance to be a lead actress in play called Hunger. This great opportunity give me a chance to practice myself in acting skill: I become more sensitive to the surrounding environment.

Furthermore, I go on enrolling the directing class. The directing skill equip me an eye and ears to interpret the act and the plot on the stage. From this point, I have a chance to create one theatre play for my final directing class project. This opportunity gives me an experience about how to deal with all the section of designers which are light designer, costume designer and set designer etc. The most valuable thing for being a director, which is the most appreciate position of mine, is that it constructs my management and communication skill with others with also the understanding of the colleagues in the group. However, I decided to study abroad in Film Studies, School of Humanities, and University of Southampton. The reason for this changing is because I want to see another kind of arts and understand it well. Finally, I realize that I would love to work in the theatre field rather than Screening world.
