General Experience

My name is Nicky and I'm a 22 year old actor/singer/model from Kent. I am a very active person and attend the gym three times a week. I also have my Grade 8 and Associate Diploma in Musical Theatre. I studied the First Certificate in Performing Arts and the National Certificate in Performing Arts. I then went on to study a foundation in Musical Theatre at the Arden School of Theatre. I was there for a year and performed as a cell block girl in Chicago. After this I went on to study a higher diploma in Music Performance at the Institute of Contemporary Music in London. I performed in a planned my own Funk gigs around London at venues including the Water Rats and the Good Ship.

Qualifications & Training

I have always enjoyed acting and through the National Certificate in Performing Arts opportunity to learn different dance styles, singing styles and different types of acting. I also had the opportunity to take part in out examination shows and school concerts which let me experience putting an audience through mixed emotions. I was awarded double distinction by the examining body for my coursework and performance work.
I have a Grade 8 in Musical Theatre and my Associate Diploma in Musical Theatre.
I also studied the first certificate and national certificate in performing arts at school. This then lead me to take a one year foundation musical theatre course and Arden School of Musical theatre in Manchester allowing me to learn and develop my performance skill as well as my confidence skills. Once I had completed my year in Manchester I studied a high diploma in vocal performance at the institute of contemporary music and performance in London. This course allowed me to develop my music skills and my vocal skills, how to look after my voice and how to teach this to other people.
