About Me

I'm a nurse and work freelance in Cornwall. I look very natural having long greying dark hair which I do not colour and have a tanned appearance. I'm slim, fit and healthy I am a capable horse rider very able and comfortable to act in most situations. I'm comfortable in my own skin. I am generally unafraid of animals and insects .

General Experience

I've done many years in general nursing. I presently care for a lady with Multiple Sclerosis in her own home as part of a team. I have also done reflexology, massage and aromatherapy including Indian head massage. I have also worked in a counselling situation one-to-one and doing group work.

Qualifications & Training

I'm a registered general nurse. I have qualifications in complimentary therapies including aromatherapy, reflexology, nutritional therapy and Indian head massage plus basic qualifications in counselling.

I am a confident and capable communicator, conscious of body language and comfortable within my own skin.

Interests & Hobbies

I walk my dogs both coastal and countryside. I am at present attending Salsa, Meringue and Bachata classes and I am learning meditation techniques and Italian and Spanish basics.

I love following and supporting local bands and musicians, am returning to weight training and yoga after a long hiatus!
