About Me

My name is Mhairi Mitchell currently living in the outskirts of Glasgow. I am 16 years old. Music is something I've always been passionate about from an early age. I am first a vocalist then a guitarist.
I am looking to pursue music as a full time career, and with this I would love to start a band.

As a school student I've participated in two of my school talent shows. Although not placing I was more than happy to have performed.

In my school's young musician of the year I won overall in the Senior Vocalist group with 1st place.

I also have performed at low key gigs.

Miscellaneous Information

My music influences vary from bands such as The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Roxy Music, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, The Who. To artists such as David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Lou Reed, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Patti Smith, Joni Mitchell.

I take a lot of inspiration in terms of vocals from Robert Plant, Janis Joplin and Joe Cocker.
