About Me

My extensive background in performance is what has motivated me to apply to work as an extra. I have a strong passion for performing arts- drama, music and dance. Throughout my life, I have been apart of amateur drama and musical theatre groups. I have been performing to large audiences since the age of 5, taking lead roles in Musicals such as Rizzo in Grease, Blousey in Bugsy Malone and Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. At University, I was apart of the Musical Theatre society whereby I performed in a choir as well as performing in public musicals. I studied Drama and French at the University of Kent so I have had much academic experience within performing and I am able to speak near enough fluent French (I hope this can be handy!).

I have been singing from a very young age. Started around the age of 5 where I attended an amiteur dramatics theatre group. My first proper solo singing experience was as Dorothy in Wizard of Oz. At the age of 16, I sang with the BBC concert orchestra in a choir. Since then, during secondary school and University, I have sung in various contexts for public audiences.

During my educational career at Secondary school and University, I have taken every opportunity to improve my performance skills. Not just physically but academically. I wish to use my skills learned in a practical setting and would love to be apart of a big project as an extra or even more than that if possible.

As well as being an all rounder as an actress, singer and dancer, I am also academic. My experience ranges from office/admin to creative. I have taken every opportunity to teach. In July 2015, I was an English Teacher for French children as well as an entertainer for them. I look to be a French Teacher in the future but would like to utilise my skills in performance to motivate students to learn a foreign language.

Interests & Hobbies

Performance- Singing, Dancing and Acting. I love dining out and socialising in new situations.
