About Me

With a distinction in Grade 8 LAMDA acting, a member of Durham Student Theatre and having performed leads in numerous university-wide musicals, plays and audio performances, I am looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity from the end of May until the end of June/beginning of July, 2024. Whether this be presenting (as I have interviewed actors previously in front of an audience), acting or singing, I am enthusiastic and incredibly passionate for performing or being on a stage. Equally I have fifteen years of singing experience, from mainstream music to musicals, and have recently played 'Christine' in Phantom of the Opera with a student theatre company.

Experience & Qualifications

General Experience

Starting acting and singing lessons at the age of five, I performed at my local theatre company until the age of 18, taking on numerous lead roles like 'Millie' from Thoroughly Modern Millie Jr. After obtaining a distinction in my Grade 8 LAMDA acting exam, I became a member of the Durham Student Theatre, my first role as 'Adam' in Dennis Kelly's DNA, selected out of the whole first-year cohort. I have gone on to take part in many university-wide productions and have played 'Alice' in Alice in Wonderland, 'Christine' in Phantom of the Opera, and a lead soprano in Sondheim's Sweeney Todd. I love to sing also at more relaxed university concerts, open mic nights and I even got the opportunity to interview actor Alex MacQueen in front of my college.
