Interests & Hobbies

INTERESTS

I enjoy reading especially fantasy novels such as; The Hunger Games, which I finished last year and have read multiple times since. In the last year I've really gotten into comedy as a film genre and into different comedians, I saw Dylan Moran live when he came over to Jersey. Acting is a huge passion of mine and I hope to make a career from performing on stage, I have been in 7 fully successful productions, which have helped me grow as a person as well as an actress. I enjoy music, not just to listen to but to perform and I do play guitar. I do perform in front of large/small audiences with my guitar and sometimes in bands. I have a huge commitment to St.John Ambulance and have been in the organization for 13 years – this has helped me become a very well rounded individual and has taught me valuable team skills, first aid skills and also some leadership skills, which is how I achieved my Corporal Stripes and my Cadet Trainer Award. I also enjoy sketching and drawing. I enjoy photography and have a keen eye for pictures, although I rarely get a chance to take them. I very much enjoyed my second year of A Levels, especially because I got a chance to make a unique project, I created an excerpt of a documentary, a magazine double page spread and a radio advertisement for the documentary. I received high marks for this project obtaining a B for the entirety of my Advanced Portfolio.
