About Me

I am an intelligent and curious person with a desire to learn more about the world I live In. I am numerate and literate despite having mild to moderate dislexia (diagnosed as an adult) for which I have developed coping mechanisms.

I am 56 years old, divorced with two adult children. My son is an artist and my daughter an engineer proof that I don't believe in stereotypes.

I have recently taken the decision to destress my life - having "found myself" post divorce as a result of which I took early retirement from the NHS. I am now looking for new challenges and oppurtunities as I'm not ready to be on any human scrap heap (now or ever!)

I am taking control of my lifestyle and becoming fitter and more active from a poor starting point - I have recently tried a lot of ne w experiences including zip lining, ATV adventures, parasailing and kayaking - I still have some fears to overcome though

General Experience

I am a recently retired Director of Public Health with experience of Health and Management however I have a love of travel, good food and technology.

I have no formal experience in the entertainment business but have done some acting workshops and self development workshops. I also have friends who have worked or are working in the sector but they are overseas.

I'm a good listener and have a resonably good general knowledge

i am at a stage in my life where I want to try something new.
