About Me

Enthusiastic young adult who is always up for a challenge no matter the role. I love to work in teams and strive to give the best performance I possibly can. I am also an aspiring film-maker/photographer which I work on in my spare time out of university in Glasgow. I currently study the Media and Communications course at Glasgow Caledonian University so I am frequently developing my knowledge about the national broadcasters and beyond. I was involved in various films during school as part of my Higher Media qualification of which I won an award for best performance.

I have acted in a few student films as part of the Higher Media course and also directed my own. I am also hoping to direct a film idea I have come up with by summer 2017. I also took part in two musicals in primary school but I soon grew out of that particular genre.

I played in a band for 2 years and we played many venues all across Scotland. I was the lead guitarist and singer for the band. We created all our own songs and performed them to often large crowds. I now write solo songs as I left the band to focus on film-making and acting.

General Experience

I have some experience when it comes to the media. I was part of a 3 day course at Radio Clyde where I learned TV and radio presenting skills. I also starred in and directed some films during school and I'm hoping to continue this through university. I also have a passion for photography and have recently begun to take it more serious and have created various social media pages in order to showcase my work to my friends and the public.
