About Me
I love challenge for challenge means progress, growth and therefore happiness. The attraction of acting lay in the fact that like any art form, a role is never completed but offers boundless exploration of ourselves and our discipline.
Four years ago I joined an amateur theatre group and began creating and engaging in characters from my own perspective, quickly realizing the absolute empathy required to explore their behavior and motivations as honestly as possible hence nurturing my fascination. It appeared acting could be used as a form of therapy to reconcile one's own weaknesses by embracing those of others and thereby our shared humanity.
Parallel to this discovery I began performing stand up comedy at varying levels since a chance encounter taught me that comedy and tragedy while fundamentally different also imply one another. I met with some success and began developing my writing skills further. First for the comedy circuit and later for commercials and short films.
