I left school at 16 and went to tech college to train as a chef have had my own restaurant For 6 years at that time I appeared on 2 tv programmes..ITV our house ..this featured my 1930s home at the time and my new business in Worcester and Another programme with a local cheese maker and Judith harbutt a cheese fanatic Tv presenter
