I am an experienced Customer Relations professional with a knowledge of Service Account Management, Call Centres and Internet technologies.

My previous role was for a London based outsourcing company on a fixed term contract as Key Service Account Manager working with 8 businesses. Managing relationships, to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinating customer projects, ensuring all stages are completed on time.

I have had extensive customer experience and have thrived within this environment.
