An A grade drama student at school who forgot to follow his dream. I am every song I ever heard, every film I've ever seen, every place I've ever been and every person I ever met. At 31 I am now ready to claim what should have always been mine!

General Experience

General experience could possibly be construed as lacking. Although I was an A grade GCSE drama student and offered a grant to pursue a career in acting, I foolishly decided to decline and it has proved to be the biggest mistake of my life.

Qualifications & Training

At this point, filling out these fields I'm trying not to become discouraged as I realise I'm going to be competing with people who have attended drama schools, have vastly more experience, and have not squandered the opportunity I was once given. However, the way I see it is this.. Since wasting said opportunity I have spent my life pretending to be someone I'm not, conforming to what other people want me to be, in employment, relationships, everything. A different face for every part of my unfulfilled life.
I'm not one for sob stories but I have lived a "colourful life" and have so many life experiences (good and bad) to tap into and draw from. I'm never going to be a glamourised, self promoting or over confident drama student, but if your looking for someone who can provide true grit and humour take a chance on me.

I enjoy accents and simply enjoy entertaining.I find I have a particularly good ability to understand people and adopt personas, which translates to roles.

Interests & Hobbies

Interests include anything about the natural world i.e wildlife and the universe. I enjoy some philosophy and particularly the work of Allan Watts. Love to travel, if only to remind myself there is beauty left in the world, it is good for the soul. Obviously enjoy film, one of my favorates being "Chopper" played by Eric Bana. A truly edgey and humorous performance, and a part I would have loved to have played.
Hobbies include hitting a bag after a stressful day with a spot of skipping. Have a passion for going fast, can be a bit of an edrenaline junkie.
