I am confident in working with people and work had and well in various situations with little or no supervision. I am a reliable and responsible person who can be guaranteed to carry out a task to the best of my ability. I work maturely and with enthusiasm showing honesty in every task I undertake. I am a punctual and highly disciplined person who likes to prepare myself for everything I do. I train in Method Acting and I feel that preparing myself for a character and understanding the life of the portrayal you are playing is a lot of the work in acheiving the realism of the role.

Employment History & Experience

I am currently working on feature film "Steel" directed by Louise O`Leary and Sarah Spencer. The film is set in Sheffield and it follows the lives of everyday people in and around Sheffield. I am currently playing lead role Jack Middleton. This film is hopefully going to be presented at film festivals in the future such as Bradford Film Festival , Sundance Festival in Manchester and the Cannes Film Festival in France. I have also completed 3 films which are now in the process of being edited ," Blue Sky " is a feature film directed by Jamie Thomas, were I play the part of Julian Parkes who is a reclusive agoraphobic due to the fact that he lost his girlfriend and he has to cope with the realities of grief and guilt at the same time and Exploitation directed by Jimmy Guy, is which based on a couple who plan on causing havoc by disrupting the normal pattern of public life by portraying various personas to get to there targets and my most recent part was in Rough and Ready directed by Jim Dickinson, where I play a young guy who loves to party. I have featured in a short film directed by Damian Morter in a horror film called A Father for the Dead in which I played David. I attend weekly acting classes with StandBy Method Acting & Film in Sheffield to keep practising my craft and always look at my career to keep updating. I am taking part at the minute in a production for Sky called The Endz in which I play Dobbs a white gang member in Manchester, I am in Of Mice and Men where I play the character Curley who has a very bad outlook on life which makes him aggressive and confrontational with members of society. I have recently attended a Showcase event at RADA in which I was working with the Actors Company LA who gave me fantastic feedback with regards to my acting ability and assured me there is a market for the category I fit into. I consider myself a gritty raw Northern Actor.


I attend Method acting classes weekly in Sheffield to continue to hone my craft and learn about the process of acting. I believe that attending these classes has given me the knowledge now to develop and create my own character rather than just learn the lines which makes me as an actor in my eyes more attractive to watch as theres more indepth knowledge as to whats going on not just in 1 scene but that every thing I do as an actor in a performance is for a reason and every word or action I produce is likewise.
