My name is Luke Adams and I’m 22 years of age. I have just returned from working abroad for the past 2 years where I have been a ambassador for Thomas cook and part of a entertainment team overseas in Portugal, Spain, Greece. I’m also doing a ski season as rep in Italy which I love!! Working abroad has built me in so many ways from team work being strong as a individual and to work in complete different environments making me very knowledgeable within all aspects of customer care, targets and dealing with complaints quick on my feet and being confident in all aspect of what life could throw at me!!. I have also worked in the hospitality industry from waiting, bar work to chef that was when I first left school where I trained to towards my nvq also on return holidays between seasons I have found myself coming back to the industry, I also worked as a airline steward which involved all aspects of customer care. I feel I’m confident with a good bubbly sense of humour, well groomed, approachable and great with people and can turn my hand to many things when asked. I work well in a team or on my own using initiative
