General Experience

06/09 – 07/09: BBC 2's The Restaurant, Contributor.
Selected from 3,000 applicants to be part of the programme involving 9 couples. My role involved working in the Front of house role as a pair taking part in tasks and challenges to win the prize of running a restaurant with chef Raymond Blanc. The experience taught me how to cope in pressured environments, a vast range of cooking skills and how to communicate effectively with members of the public.

05/09 – Present: Children's Entertainer and Nanny, O'Connor Family.
Looking after four children, share and sole charge, B8 & 3, G6 & 12mths. Responsibilities included providing age appropriate stimulating activities and entertainment throughout the day, creating and maintaining a safe environment, taking them to and from school and nursery, live in duties and travel during school holidays, cooking for children and evening meals for the parents and babysitting.
