About Me

My name is Luana Pontes and I am a 18 year old bilingual lady. I can fluently speak English and Portuguese. I have some catwalk experience, I have been involved in a catwalk live to an audience in a shopping centre for a competition;very gladly, I had got through to the finals. As a hobby I like to listen to music, go on social networking apps and even illustrate clothes as I aspire to be the head of my own brand one day. I also occasionally get jobs to work as a waitress or bar staff at events, for example at football stadiums on match days or restaurants and hotels when there are events taking place. I have always also aspired to be a model ever since a young age, I feel like I have the potential and confidence. I am a student full of skills and capabilities, on top of that, I am always very eager to learn new skills and experiences.

My first sort of modelling was catwalking, I took lessons and then I entered myself into a catwalk competition in which I managed to get into the finals. I have created a portfolio of some modeling shoots I have done previously.

I did performing arts in college and I've always had a secret passion for singing. In that performing arts course, I did music classes which included me singing and improving my voice.

During high school, I done dance as a subject and I loved it, I used to love to dance which is how I managed to get a grade B (Merit) for my dance subject. My favourite type of dance style is Break dancing and hip pop and urban styles, although I'm better at contemporary dance.
