About Me

I am a 46 yr old mum of 2 grown up sons.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for 11 yrs and he is a veteran, served in the Welsh guards for 13 yrs, he was medically discharged after receiving an injury after serving thro Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan, my youngest son also served with him so I had double the worry.
After being discharged we decided to improve our house with the little money we had left after him leaving the army. We hired a firm of builders after having several quotes , they completed the works and left us with a load of problems, we have contacted him numerous times to no avail.
This has made me so guilty towards my husband after spending what money he earned after risking his life.
I have been through a lot of illnesses and operations including breastfeeding cancer which I had all the treatment including mastectomy chemo radio, 4 reconstruction, which have all failed and am still waiting for operation to rectify this.
We have had all the bad luck we can take and would try and like to get some good luck

General Experience

I work has a crisis worker for an organisation that help victims of rape and sexual abuse, I have been doing this for the past 10 yrs, between illnesses, and would never like to do anything else.
I also look after a lad who has downs and help his parents have some respite
