About Me

My name is Lauren Bray, I am an 18 year old student from Leicester, studying in Buckinghamshire.
Since the age of 9 I have had an interest in performing, which has followed me through into my later school years. During sixth form I started to gain an interest in TV and Film and how it all works and a production come together, and I am now studying Film & Television at Bucks New University.
Although Studying whats going on behind hind the scene of a production, my love for being infant of the camera and on stage will always be with me.
I studied Musical Theatre at both GCSE & A-Level and came out with A*'s both times, I also started working towards my grade 8 in singing, which due to injury I had to stop but have recently picked up where I left off. At A-Level I also studied technical theatre, which helped me gain understanding and appreciation for what goes on behind the scenes. This then aided me when directing a shoot/performance and also when performing as I learnt to appreciate other roles within a production.
I was able to direct my own short film called 'Views' which I wrote wishing school whilst also directing and performing in extracts on stage.
