About Me

I am a keen photographer who adores capturing memories for people to look back on and still feel the emotions they felt at the time. I am a vocalist with a passion for music, and in particular for singing, and all I wanted to do as a child was to act and to sing. I can also play various instruments, such as guitar, bass, drums, and I'm currently learning piano. I am also very interested in extras work too. I find it interesting and exciting.

Employment History & Experience

I have been singing since before I can remember. Nine years ago I joined my first proper band, after spending some years previously entering competitions. I spent 2 years with that indie band, and due to differences, moved on to starting an open jam night with my uncle, at a local pub. That soon turned into a 13 piece folk/folk rock band of which I spent another 2 years with. After that, a couple of us branched off in a slightly different direction, still sticking to the folk rock/rock genre, but also in doing some of our own stuff too. Whilst still with the latest band, I also found myself singing with a well known local composer and pianist to form a duo for a night of music to celebrate our local hospital services, which was responded to so well, that we have decided to continue working on this little side project too.

General Experience

I have been performing in bands now for the last 9 years, doing live performances in the local area, and even found myself performing at a British motorcycle rally in France, which was amazing. My most recent performance was celebrating local services, along side band that had the stunning voice of Corrine Drewery of Swing Out Sister, and Dave Formula, previously of Visage. I have also taken on the task of doing some occasional private tuturing in singing.

I have been singing for as long as I can remember. I have also played the guitar, bass, drums, and I am currently learning piano also. I am a photographer, and I have also been writing since I was young, although kept most of it too myself.

Interests & Hobbies

My interests have always heavily leaned toward music, singing, acting, writing, movies, and books. Music is always around me. I cannot leave the house without it. I am always interested more in the acting and the acting technique and story rather than who the actors are.
