About Me

My name is Kelsey Armoogum. I have multiple skills, which include: communication, team work, analyzing, leadership, confidence, self-awareness, research and being able to cope with constructive feedback. I am also bilingual, as I speak Creole and I have a high understanding in French. All these skills have influenced me to embark upon a life in performing arts. I am very passionate about drama. It fascinates me how someone can change a personality, of which is theirs, and they become someone else or something else for the entertainment of others. I have many hobbies. I like to watch various movies from different genres in my free time. I love listening to music, I don’t really have one specific type of music genre, I listen to mostly everything. I like learning how to play instruments; I play recorder, clarinet, guitar and piano. In primary school, I was taught how to play the recorder and clarinet, and I really liked how the clarinet sounded, so I decided to take more classes inside of the school to become a better performer. During the summer, to keep fit, I play tennis with my family. Also, in my free time I go shopping with my friends. I love meeting new people; I would say I am quite social.
