About Me

I am about to retire from a teaching job at a further education college in Cambridge. In this time I have been teaching students from 16 years and upward Travel and Tourism and Business studies. I did not want to give up work entirely, and have always wanted to pursue a ccareer within entertainment.

I have acted in amateur productions from the age of 15, and I am still going strong today. I have played a huge variety of roles in musicals and plays, from Rattigans "The Browning version, to "La Cage aux folles" and many more in between.

I used to work in the travel industry and in this job I used to present travel shows to audiences of between 100 and 300people.
To do this I had to do powerpoint presentations to potential clients as well as sometimes organising prizegiving to some groups.

I have sung and danced for nearly 50 years either in musical comedies on an amateur basis, to singing with an 8 piece function band who specialised in playing at weddings bar mitzvahs etc.
