About Me

Unlike most, I really do wake up every day with the urge to entertain and educate. This feeling drives most things in my life and is balanced by the equally powerful calling to learn. If I’m not writing, acting or dancing then I’m cycling, reading or watching. I say watching as a general term as my enjoyment of being an audience member is not limited to a stage or screen. Naturally, I find I am always inspired and motivated to soak up whatever I can from the giant world around us. This mentality makes analysis a fun activity for me and fantasizing about a better future a necessary part of my thought process. I’m a lover of animals and nature and anything adrenaline-junkie related. I am addicted to anything that involves creativity and find joy in participating in all aspects of the creative process, from the technical side to the logistics and the performance. I find that participation at any level truly is a reward worth being sought after. I am also a member of Pie Face Theatre, an independent theatre company. I have written, directed, devised, choreographed for and performed in 2 shows, to date, for the company. Apart from the creative process, I have also enjoyed and been involved in technical and logistical planning, devising and management for the company, as well performing these roles elsewhere.
