About Me

I know it may sound cliché, but from a young age singing has always been my passion and it\'s the only thing I\'ve ever really been determined to do in life. I recently auditioned for Downtown Artists and was lucky enough to be one chosen out of hundreds/thousands to be picked for this company, but due to my workload at college at the time, I unfortunately had to pass up the great opportunity.
I have shared some of my music online, through social media such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube (all under the name of KatelynSR) where I have gained quite a bit of attention, leading to winning the vote for the best singer in my year at college.
I tend to sing a variety of music genres but I am mainly interested in acoustic and acapella as I feel it is more suitable for my voice and more honest.

Experience & Qualifications

General Experience

I haven't had much experience in singing job-wise, but have been asked by quite a few people to use my vocals and/or collaborate.

Qualifications & Training

I went to singing lessons for about six months, mainly singing classical musical songs to use and widen my range. This worked well for me as I learned how to properly sing from the diaphragm and can vary my range a lot more with better control.
