About Me

Born in Austria and raised in Kent, music and acting has been in my blood from a very young age. Started singing from the age of five then as I started school, I took up piano and also learnt how to read and write music. I've also been involved in various school and college plays.

In 2006, I was inspired by an American singer (Jesse McCartney) to write my own music after watching an interview about his work. Ever since I have written over 100 songs and recorded two albums.
My sound always changes and I’m always looking for new ways to present my material.
I get my nickname Josie after the bullies at my old school who always loved calling me Josie Jump (from the TV show Balamory) and now I wear their hate with pride.
I listen to a wide range of music such as Bob Marley, The Bee Gees, Marvin Gaye, Robbie Williams, Will Young and much more.
