About Me

I am a confident, young-looking (so they tell me!), healthy 53-year-old freelance journalist who is dancing around an ever-decreasing amount of Fleet Street seats. I am used to making presentations and have hosted Q and A evenings at national literary festivals. I can drive, ride a motorbike and a bike, swim, run, juggle, type, make editorial marks (I should soon be appearing in the opening credits of Colin Firth/Jude Law film Genius doing just this) and play the guitar... not all at the same time, but I'm working on it! I am athletic (participate in triathlons and half-marathons), am 6ft 1ins tall and weigh 13 and a bit stone. Teeth and other body parts all my own!
