About Me

I am a young aspiring actor who is determined to make it into the acting world and is willing to try absolutely anything going no matter how weird, unique or physical it may be. My experiences to date are ones that have come about thanks to me studying Drama at A level and plan to carry on into University. My experiences are taking a main role as Danny Zuko in the school musical when in year 11 performing to a combined total of over 1,000 people of the space of 4 nights, as this stature of character was only normally available for Sixth formers this was a very big thing. As well as playing the very physical role of Gregor Samsa as the dung beetle in 'Metamorphosis', I have multi-roled in the play 'Teechers' playing Mr.Nixon, Salty, Oggy Moxon and Mr.Hatton all in one play. As well as taking the role as John proctor in 'The Crucible' where I had to learn 200+ in a play just over an hour long, this was more than 100 lines more than any other character in the play. Also have experienced in doing monologues and duologues as well as devising and putting on a play based on the events of the titanic suitable for the audience of year 6. Finally with a one week work experience with the Everyman theatre in Cheltenham, I gained the experience of seeing how theatre works and all the backstage things that would happen on a theatre and on set. This was a great experince for me as It opened my eyes up to the rest of the industry. Overall this proves that I am able to act at a high quality of acting and can give 100% in no matter what role I am given and that I can adapt it to any audience.
