About Me

I am divorced and now a single parent of two children, I moved to Nottinghamshire three years ago to be nearer my family who moved here 10 years ago. Originally I am from London, the east end and still have a very strong accent with a vast number of family still in London. I believe in self development and complementary therapies, positive thinking being grateful for what you have. I have overcome some huge life challenges and enjoy every day and make the best of every situation.

Have been involved with a voluntary organisation presenting acting at theatre, from creating the script, improvisation and acting. We are now preparing for another show in Septmeber 2011 and February 2012. I teach and deliver training which requires the ability to present myself infront of others which has helped me with the acting that I have done with no formal training.

General Experience

My working experience consists of Recruitment, I trained as make up artist and worked freelance for a while for model agencies. For a time I ran an over 29's club in Basildon and trained as a "Bouncer". Training people from all works of life ranging from prisoners, long term unemployed, sales reps I used to travel all over the world training sales men on how to sell consumer finance for timeshare within regulations. I have also trained employees of large organisations to encourgae team working, communication and customer service, Year 11 students and also have formed my own networking events to encourage businesses to interact with one another. I am also a Reiki Master and Energy Therapist, I deliver treatments and training to people on complentary therapies. I am an outgoing person with a lot of vitality and vigour.

Qualifications & Training

I am a qualified Life Coach and PTTLS (Preparing to Teach in The Lifelong Learning Sector) I am a Reiki Master and qualified Energy Therapist. I have a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance.

I am outgoing, love to act, help to make people laugh and enjoy themselves. I have many life experiences which can be utilised in various situations and can draw upon these to hepp with my acting abilities.

Interests & Hobbies

I love to write, cook, spend time with my family and friends and having fun. I enjoy long walks, DIY, watching films, trying new things and living life to the full. I enjoy learning more about crystals, Reiki and Chakras along with meditation and yoga.
