I have worked as part of a team in 'Kynren' - 12 to a team in some scenes and also taken part in the finale - consisting of a little acting and singing.

Experience & Qualifications

General Experience

Playing a variety of roles in 'Kynren An Epic Tale of England' with a cast of 1000 and audience of 8000. Prevously presenter as student on student TV and in a self-made documentary about BBC readio. Worked in a former life as a uni lecturer for 18 years and previous to that as a teacher (not much difference between lecturing to 500 or acting to an audience of 8000)

Qualifications & Training

Training by Kynren team.
Academically: BA(Hons) Politics, MA Politics/Urban Ed, PGCE, BA(Hons) Fine Art.

Relevant Skills

I have gathered experience working on 'Kynren' - a show similar to the Olympic opening Ceremony here in the North East where I've played 14 roles and worked well together in a team. I am committed and reliable, enthusiastic and have a well developed sense and knowledge, understanding of the arts both fine and performing. I have alwasy attended regular west end and regional shows and musicals/operas etc. See above: I am confident in front of an audience as I've worked at a University Lecturer for 18 years and a teacher preivously - to me there is no difference to the 8,000 crowd in the Kynren shows and standing in front of 500 students to deliver a lecture. It's all acting and I don't have nerves!

Fine art, west end shows, painting, performing (enjoy an audience!)
