About Me

First and foremost, the talents I behold are dance techniques that I have acquired over 11 years as I have been participating in various dance classes since I was 6 years old. I started off in Ballet and Tap classes however over the years I then learnt how to adapt to many different styles such as Jazz, Contemporary and Urban Styles. I specialize in contemporary and hip-hop which are my strong-points. My talent in dance has lead me to perform in Venice in 2014. I performed contemporary dance and sang in St Marcs Square and two other set venues. This leads me on to my second talent. I have always saw myself as an accomplished singer as I have always had a passion for music so I have been a part of a choir for 4 years and have performed in the Birmingham Mailbox and the West Bromwich town hall. I also sang as a part of a group performing arts trip in France in Blanc Mesnil in 2013 with my school peers.
I have been a dance ambassador at my college for two years and have taught younger pupils. From this I have gained substantial experience in choreography as I have had to create pieces for my GCSE exams where I achieved an A overall as I achieved an A* in my solo performance and a B in my choreography section. I have experience reading music as I have had roles in many plays at my high school. I performed in Hairspray and had a lead singing role in Little Shop of Horrors. We performed these in front of the entire school and primary schools alongside any parents or friends who bought tickets. We had to advertise this ourselves as a group where I gained good communication skills
